Welcome to Rated M for Mia: The Concrete Rose podcast! This podcast is intended to inspire, educate, and empower young millennials in defeating life’s adversities while also on their journey to self-fulfillment. With this, I hope to create a safe, judgment-free space where we can all encourage each other to keep going, despite the trials and tribulations we are faced with daily.

Through personal narratives and candid conversations, I hope to build community amongst millennials grounded in truth, love, and laughter. These conversations will be enlightening, thought-provoking, raw, unfiltered, hilarious, and just maybe a little painful.
